  Jason talked a good game. They charge for activation which it should not have come out of my account after numerous text back and forth with Jason, he had the office to send a check which took longer than mail coming from other state and their company is located right here in San Antonio. Early termination fee per Jason he sent paperwork to my prior alarm company November 10,2017 day after I got their alarm system when I called to canceled my service with prior company in December and they have nothing on file from Jason. I sent Jason Highsmith a text about that on January 25 as of yet he has not respond so today I thank him for his no response today. I would never do business with Jason Highsmith/Avant/Guardian again.
