  DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE!!!!!! This is the worst business I have ever seen in any country I've been to. It started with the lease was agreed at two years until the day of signing they changed the lease to one year but agreed that it would get extended if the house was in satisfactory condition. The year was up and decided to charge me extra to extend. The house was inspected 6 times in 12 months for no apparent reason and nothing but stellar remarks were ever given. 6 inspections was clearly against the lease. The house was in terrible condition when I moved in and never inspected by any employee. I took pictures and videos when I moved in so when they decided to charge me for nails in the wall I showed them the pics and they still charged me $1330 to repair walls for normal wear and tear that was present when I moved in. The toilet overflowed caused by a grease clog but they sent over their contracted plumber who forged the invoice to say I caused the overflow and Harper charged me over $1000 for repairs. Jim Shaw is the VP here and he is the biggest crook in a suit with zero integrity or intelligence that I have ever had to deal with in my life. Lisa Medina is one of the worst human beings I have ever met and I've been in Iraq three times and Afghanistan twice. If you care about your money, your family, or your quality of life do not ever do business with these thieves especially if you are in the military. Jim stole over $2600 from me in 12 months. Words can not explain how big of a coward Jim Shaw is.
  
  My reply to their reply: How ignorant do you think people are? Your company has over 100K negative reviews on BBB plus a 2 star rating here. It’s all our fault for placing bad reviews? If what you said is well documented why was I never given a copy of it? I have receipts, invoices, and bank statements to back up my claim. Their reply just highlights how they treat their customers and further points out how rotten they truly are as people and as a business. They stole $2600 from me, don’t let it happen to you.
