  Terrible customer service. I have never dealt with such "customer representatives" who have serious attitude and entitlement but this company. They sell their products at a full price and we as consumer chose to buy from this company even though some of their products are easily found in cheaper stores i.e. homegoods in hopes of getting a better customer service. It has been 3 months since I have placed my order and still have not received it. So, I thought I had the right to follow up on my order by speaking with their customer service only to be answered by a rude girl named Dalita. I have called twice (2 weeks apart) and the first one time, the customer rep lied telling me that my items are on the way but it has been 2 weeks and I haven't received it. So I called again after 2 weeks only to hear some "rep" who has serious attitude- that without seeing her eyes rolling- again her name is Dalita.
