  We had my son's 3rd birthday party here in Dec 2017. Package was to include 2 party "helpers" and balloons... the second helper and balloons showed up 30 mins after the party started. Staff did not interact with the children or parents and were very little help during set up or clean up. Also, hours are very unclear online- always call before you show up on weekends. On 2/24/18 when a 12:30pm party was booked, they closed all morning to "set up" for the party, which was not marked on website calendar.
