  Avoid this company! Avoid this company! I probably shouldn't even call them a company. They would not honor my 2 year warranty even though my claim was within 2 years of the installation. The main person I talked to in the office was Susanna Delgado and she was by far the worst customer service person I've talked to in years. She was rude and inconsiderate. Please notice she has left a google review giving this company one if its few 5 star ratings. She is obviously bias so you should disregard that review. I haven't had hot water for over a week and she had no urgency to fix it. She sent a service rep out and he couldn't fix it. After they tried and failed she said "it's out of our hands". Umm hello you are the company that installed it and it's been less than two years so I have a contractual warranty and you're a plumber so how can you not fix it? I'm going to cut my losses and move on and never talk to these people again. I'm looking forward to use a plumber who cares at least a little bit about other people! Please stay away from this company! Zero stars!
