  We rented a house that was managed by this company, we faced so many unfair situations with them. They are very impersonal, strict, the ones that assume you read that fine print in the contract and they hold you accountable for everything you sign, no matter your situation. The kind of company that will not let you leave until you pay every penny for every little thing. They on the other hand don't follow the contract as precisely as they want you to follow it. Our fence was supposed to have been fixed before we moved in, but that didn't happen until 9 months later. Again. very impersonal, very selfish, very poor customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
