  "BUYERS BEWARE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE LOCATION!!!!!! " is right from a previous review.
  
  If only Google had NEGATIVE Star Ratings. Unprofessional, fraudulent business ethic, piss poor customer service, the list could go on for days. This store is absolutely horrible store to deal with. The general manager (Louis) gets paid to do NOTHING obviously because he is never there or possibly just refuses to take my calls. The "accounting department" as which she likes to call herself is ABSOLUTELY foul (Roxy). Her attitude is truly ridiculous and she should be fired, but probably won't because this is the second time I have complained about her. She told me I needed to pay $112 & change to bring my account current to April 1st, but online the total was $69.41. Then I call back to inform her of this and she says "Oh no I said April 15th..." What a joke or a scam or maybe even credit card fraud? Interesting right? Then a few months prior to this I made my payment of $80.74 online (09/01), and the store charged my credit card $119 the exact same day WITHOUT MY CONSENT (EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T SAVE CREDIT INFORMATION ON FILE!)! It took me over TWO WEEKS to get my money back I should have just let them keep it for the following month(s)! Well, I tried to reach the regional manager in hopes he would assist this time because the first time I tried to reach him he never called me (Andy Rogers I believe is his name), but only got an 800 number saying he would call in 48 hours. (Hopefully that happens.) I would NEVER recommend Aaron's to anyone without feeling 100% guilty about it. This location has received 13 ONE STAR ratings in the last year (EMBARRASSING FOR WHOEVER RUNS THIS STORE!)
