  I will never rent or purchase anything here again or recommend anyone else. The customer service is aweful. I'm waiting for a bed to be picked up which wad to be between 12pm and 2pm. It is now 2:32 pm and I just called the store. I was told that I'm on the list...I asked if the status can be checked only to find out that because is out to lunch and will not be back for 45mins that nothing can be done and that only she can do it. What happened trainning? Is she the only one that can do the task, business stops when shes not there? Aweful service since day one...rather pay alittle more at RAC and receive blue ribbon service! Anyone reading this review shouls also.
